The ICD Orientation is a 1 1/2 day training event designed for new LJC members and Coordinators. This training touches briefly on all aspects of the program, agenda items include budgets, reporting, communications, program, and marketing. In addition to understanding Career Development better from a leadership perspective, attendees will see several active learning centers other than their own and meet the ICD staff.
The first day of training will be held at the USW/U.S. Steel - Gary Works Center, and day two will start at our offices in Merrillville.
