ICD 2016 National Conference

The 2016 ICD National Conference is scheduled for Nov. 16-17 at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, Ala.

Please join us for two days of workshops, networking opportunities, plenary sessions and best practices. As always, the ICD National Conference promises to offer something for everyone.

For travel planning purposes, pre-conference meetings on Tuesday, Nov. 15 include:

• 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: ICD Coordinator Meeting
• 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: USW Union-Only Meeting
• 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Joint Welcome Reception

The conference will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16 and close by 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17.

Packet pickup will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15 and again from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

A special rate of $130 per night is available at the conference hotel, the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel. The cutoff date to make your hotel reservation is Friday, Oct. 14. When considering airfare, please note that if your preferred airline does not fly into Mobile, consider Pensacola, which is less than an hour's drive to Mobile.
